1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NanoMani (nanomani.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

NanoMani is an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of nanotechnology products, including nanomaterials, laboratory equipment, chemicals, reagents, and consumables. We act as a technology platform facilitating transactions; we are not a party to the sale contract between buyer and seller.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.

4. Seller Terms

Sellers must:

• Apply for seller status and receive approval from NanoMani administrators.
• List only products they own, manufacture, or are authorised to sell.
• Ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate and not misleading.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including export control regulations for chemical and nanotechnology products.
• Maintain adequate stock levels and fulfil orders in a timely manner.
• Not list prohibited items (see Section 7).

NanoMani reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove product listings and to suspend or terminate seller accounts for violations.

5. Buyer Terms

• Orders placed constitute a binding offer to purchase.
• Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe.
• Buyers are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to purchase and import the ordered products in their jurisdiction.
• Disputes with sellers should first be raised through our support channel.

6. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• NanoMani collects a platform fee from sellers on completed transactions (fee schedule available in the seller dashboard).
• Refunds are processed at our discretion or as required by applicable law.

7. Prohibited Items and Conduct

The following are prohibited on NanoMani:

• Hazardous materials not compliant with applicable shipping and safety regulations
• Controlled substances without proper licensing
• Counterfeit or misrepresented products
• Items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Any listing or activity that violates applicable laws
• Manipulating ratings, reviews, or search rankings
• Scraping, spamming, or conducting denial-of-service attacks

8. Intellectual Property

The NanoMani platform, logo, and all associated content are the intellectual property of NanoMani and its licensors. Sellers retain ownership of their product content but grant NanoMani a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

NanoMani provides the marketplace "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy of product listings, seller claims, or the quality of products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanoMani's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NanoMani is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice with at least 14 days' advance notice.
