2. Who operates this marketplace

nanoMani is owned and operated by Saptarang Ventures (OPC) (P) Ltd., a company registered in India. It is also the company that collects payment for orders placed here and that issues any refund.

This is a registered office, not a warehouse or a trade counter. Goods are shipped by the seller who listed them — see the Shipping Policy — and returns go to the seller's own address, which they give you when a return is agreed. Please do not send anything to the address above.
