Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview
NanoMani is a marketplace platform. Each seller is responsible for their own return and refund policy. This document sets out the minimum standards all sellers on NanoMani must meet, and explains how to initiate a return or dispute.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible for a return or refund if:
- The product received does not match the listing description (wrong product, wrong specification)
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The order was not delivered within the stated shipping window
Due to the specialised nature of nanotechnology products (chemicals, biological materials, custom fabricated items), returns are generally not accepted for change-of-mind or ordering errors.
3. How to Request a Return
- Navigate to My Account → Orders and find the relevant order.
- Contact the seller directly via the order page within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide photos and a written description of the issue.
- If the seller does not respond within 5 business days, escalate to NanoMani support at support@nanomani.com.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error.
- For hazardous or regulated materials, return shipping must comply with applicable regulations; the seller will provide a pre-paid return label in such cases.
5. Cancelled Orders
Orders in PENDING or CONFIRMED status may be cancelled directly from your account before the seller begins processing. A full refund will be issued. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
6. Disputes
If a dispute cannot be resolved between you and the seller, NanoMani will act as a neutral mediator. Contact support@nanomani.com with your order number and a description of the issue. NanoMani's decision in mediation is final.
