Data Deletion Request

You can ask us to delete your nanoMani account and the personal data held against it at any time, whether you registered with an email address or signed in with Google or Facebook. This page explains how to ask and what happens next.
1. How to request deletion
Email admin@nanomani.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. If you signed in with Facebook or Google and are not sure which address that is, say so in the message and tell us the name on the account — we will identify it and confirm with you before deleting anything.
We ask you to write from the account address because it is the only check we have that the request is really yours. A deletion carried out on somebody else's say-so is not a privacy measure, it is the opposite of one.
2. What happens, and when
We acknowledge the request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days. Deletion is carried out by a person; there is no automated self-service deletion in the platform today, and we would rather say that than imply a button exists.
3. What is deleted
- Your account, name, email address, password hash and profile image
- Any linked Google or Facebook sign-in association
- Your saved addresses and phone number
- Your cart and any saved items
- Your reviews, and your seller profile and listings if you are a seller
4. What is kept, and why
Completed orders are kept. An order is a financial record — ours for tax and accounting, and the counterpart to a supplier's record of a shipment they made — and we are required to retain it. What we keep is the transaction itself: order number, items, amounts, dates. Where the law allows, the personal detail attached to it is reduced to what the record needs.
We also retain anything we are separately obliged to keep by law, court order, or to resolve a dispute that is still open.
5. Deleting only the Facebook connection
If you want to keep your nanoMani account but disconnect Facebook, you can remove nanoMani from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. That stops Facebook sharing anything further with us. It does not delete the nanoMani account itself — for that, email us as described above.
