1. Shipping Rates
NanoMani charges a flat shipping fee of $15.00 USD per order. Free shipping promotions may be available via coupon codes.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed by the individual seller. Typical processing times are 1–3 business days, though specialised or custom items may take longer. Estimated processing time is displayed on each product listing.
3. Delivery Timeframes

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or remote locations.
4. Hazardous Materials
Many products on NanoMani are classified as hazardous materials for shipping purposes (chemicals, reactive nanomaterials, etc.). Sellers are responsible for ensuring their products are packaged and shipped in compliance with:
- IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (for air freight)
- IMDG Code (for sea freight)
- 49 CFR / ADR / local regulations (for road transport)
- All applicable export and import licensing requirements
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they are permitted to import the ordered materials in their country. NanoMani is not liable for shipments seized by customs.
5. Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and it will appear in My Account → Orders. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to the seller as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.
