1. Shipping Rates
Shipping is quoted by the seller, per order. Checkout collects the price of the goods only. Once your order is placed, the seller prices carriage against your actual delivery address, the weight and volume of the consignment, and the hazard class of the material, and invoices it separately before dispatch. You will be told the amount before anything ships.
This replaces the flat $15.00 per-order fee this page previously advertised. A single figure cannot honestly cover both a 100 mg vial sent within one country and a 25 kg drum of a regulated material crossing a border under IATA dangerous-goods rules — the two differ by more than an order of magnitude in real freight cost. Quoting one number and invoicing another would be the worse outcome for everyone, so the number is quoted when it is known.
1a. Tax and Duties
Tax is likewise not charged at checkout. Any tax applicable to your purchase depends on the place of supply, your status as a buyer, and the seller's own registrations; it is assessed and invoiced with the shipping quote rather than estimated at a single rate for every jurisdiction. Import duties, customs charges and clearance fees levied by your own country are payable by you and are separate from anything invoiced here.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed by the individual seller. Typical processing times are 1–3 business days, though specialised or custom items may take longer. Estimated processing time is displayed on each product listing.

These are estimates only, and they describe transit once a consignment is collected — they are not a delivery guarantee. Actual delivery varies with customs, carrier delays, remote destinations, and the dangerous-goods handling required for the specific material. The seller confirms a realistic window with the shipping quote.
4. Hazardous Materials
Many products on nanoMani are classified as hazardous materials for shipping purposes (chemicals, reactive nanomaterials, etc.). Sellers are responsible for ensuring their products are packaged and shipped in compliance with:
- IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (for air freight)
- IMDG Code (for sea freight)
- 49 CFR / ADR / local regulations (for road transport)
- All applicable export and import licensing requirements
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they are permitted to import the ordered materials in their country. nanoMani is not liable for shipments seized by customs.
5. Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and it will appear in My Account → Orders. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to the seller as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.
