Send the title, location, employment type, salary range, description and requirements to admin@nanomani.com. There is no employer sign-up and no posting form — listings are created by us. Saying that up front is better than a page of steps ending at a route that does not exist.

The listing goes live on the board with its own page and a closing date. No charge — while the board is new, a paid posting would be selling an audience that has not been built yet.

Candidates apply on site
An applicant submits name, email and CV against the listing without leaving nanoMani, and without creating an account on a third-party recruitment portal.

Applications reach you by email
Applications are recorded against the listing and forwarded to you. There is no employer dashboard to log into — that is honest about the current state rather than a promise of a screen you would go looking for.

A listing runs to its closing date; tell us sooner and it comes down sooner. A stale vacancy costs a board its credibility faster than an empty one.

How do I post a job?
By email to admin@nanomani.com. There is no self-service employer account or posting form — job listings are created by nanoMani. This page used to describe a "create your employer account, then post a listing" flow that had no route behind it; this is what actually happens.
What does it cost?
Nothing. The board is new and there are no live listings, so charging for placement on it would be charging for an audience that has not been demonstrated. If that changes, it will be published before it applies.
How do I receive applications?
By email. Candidates apply on the listing page with name, email and CV; the application is stored against the listing and passed to you. There is no employer login, and this page will not pretend there is one.
Who will see my listing?
Honestly: a small audience today. nanoMani is a new site whose traffic is mostly technical readers arriving at the characterisation and materials guides. That is a good match for a nanotechnology role and a poor match for volume hiring, and both halves of that sentence matter.
Can I post internships and studentships?
Yes. Any employment type is fine — internship, graduate role, postdoc, permanent — and the type is shown on the listing so candidates can filter once there is enough to filter.
Can I list a role at an agency rather than an employer?
Yes, provided the listing names the actual hiring organisation or is explicit that it is agency-represented. Anonymous listings are declined — a specialist board only works if the candidate can tell who they would be working for.
How long does a listing stay up?
Until its closing date, or until you tell us it is filled. Listings past their closing date come off the active board.
Can I also sell equipment or materials here?
Yes, and many employers in this field have a catalogue as well as vacancies. The seller application is separate and is described on the sellers page.
