Search the catalogue, or tell us what is missing
Search by material, form or application and filter by category. The catalogue is early — we would rather you emailed us a specification we cannot yet fill than left thinking the material does not exist. Requests are how the catalogue gets built.

Read the specification on the listing
Sellers publish specifications as structured fields — grade, particle size, form, purity, whatever the material warrants — alongside the description and images. What you see on the listing is what the seller has committed to in writing.

Ask for documentation before you order
Certificates of analysis and safety data sheets are not hosted on the site yet, so request them from the seller before you buy rather than after. Email us and we will get them to you, or write to the supplier directly from the link on their storefront.

Create a free account and order
Sign up with an email address, Google or Facebook, and confirm the address we send you. Save more than one delivery address, apply a coupon code if you have one, and pay by card through PayPal — or in rupees through Cashfree.

Shipping and tax are quoted, then invoiced
Checkout charges for the goods only. The seller prices carriage against your actual address and consignment — weight, volume, hazard class — and invoices it with any applicable tax before anything ships. You see the number before it is charged.

Specifications as data, not adjectives
Each listing carries the seller's own specification fields and images. Nothing is normalised or embellished by us — you are reading what the supplier published, which is the only version worth quoting in a method section.
Every seller and every listing reviewed
A seller is approved by a person before they can list, and each individual product is approved before it appears. That is a check against obvious misrepresentation and category spam. It is not an independent audit of anybody's chemistry, and we do not present it as one.
Reviews from confirmed buyers only
A review counts towards a product's rating only if the account that wrote it actually bought the product here. There is no other route to a star rating on this site.
An order history you can hand to procurement
Every order keeps its line items, prices, address and status, with a tracking number once the seller adds one. Useful long after the material is on the bench, when somebody asks what was bought and when.
Wishlist and multiple addresses
Bookmark materials while you are still writing the grant. Keep separate addresses for the lab, the stores and the department, and pick the right one at checkout.
A direct line to a person
Sourcing requests, bulk quantities, documentation and anything the interface does not cover go to admin@nanomani.com and are answered by the person who runs the marketplace.

How large is the catalogue?
Small, and honestly so — nanoMani is a new marketplace and the catalogue is being built supplier by supplier. That is exactly why a sourcing request is worth sending: an enquiry for a material nobody has listed yet is the strongest possible signal about which supplier to approach next, and you will get a direct answer rather than an automated one.
Are certificates of analysis available?
Not as downloads on the site — there is no document library yet, and claiming otherwise would waste your time at the worst moment. Request the COA or SDS before ordering, by email to us or directly from the supplier via the link on their storefront, and treat the response as part of deciding whether to buy.
How do I pay, and where do my card details go?
By card through PayPal, or through Cashfree if you are paying in Indian rupees. In both cases the card details are entered on the payment provider's own page, not on nanoMani — we never see or store a card number. The currency you are charged in, and the converted amount, are both shown before you confirm.
Why does checkout not show shipping or tax?
Because neither can be known honestly at that moment. Freight for these materials is dominated by weight, volume, destination and hazard class, and any tax depends on the place of supply. Both are quoted by the seller against your real order and invoiced separately before dispatch, rather than estimated at a flat rate that the invoice would then contradict.
How are sellers verified?
Every application is read by a person, who checks the business details and the product categories claimed before approving the account, and each listing is approved separately. This filters out the obviously illegitimate. It is not laboratory verification of the material itself — for that, ask for the COA and, where the result matters, have the batch characterised independently.
Can I order in bulk or ask for a custom specification?
Yes, by email. Volume pricing, OEM quantities and custom synthesis are negotiated with the supplier rather than configured in the catalogue, so write to admin@nanomani.com with the specification and the quantity and we will put it to the suppliers who can meet it.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Our Returns policy gives you fourteen days from delivery to raise it. There is no automated returns workflow in the account area yet — you email us, we bring in the seller, and the resolution happens between the three of us. Saying that plainly is better than pointing you at a button that does not exist.
Who is responsible for hazardous materials and customs?
The seller is responsible for compliant packaging, labelling and dangerous-goods documentation, and for meeting export requirements. You are responsible for being permitted to import the material. nanoMani does not act as the shipper and does not arrange freight — the Shipping policy sets this out in full.
